海洋微生物分子生態學研究組

  中國科學院深海科學與工程研究所“海洋微生物分子生態學研究組”受“知識創新工程前沿領域”等項目資助,于2013年3月成立,主要開展深海深淵微生物的分子生態學研究。

  研究方向

  深海深淵微生物生理生態

  微生物是海洋生態系統的重要組成部分。在深海深淵等生境中開展相關研究有助于探討微生物在極端環境下的組成、分布及生命活動規律,為生物進化研究提供理論基礎。

  深海深淵生物地球化學

  深海深淵存在著活躍的生物地球化學過程,其中許多關鍵過程均由微生物介導。此交叉學科研究有助于理解深海及深部生物圈中微生物參與的元素循環過程和機制。
